Mrs. Otelia Wendling passed away at her home south of Earlville Wednesday. Funeral services will be held in the Congregational church, Friday afternoon conducted by Rev. A.W. Wiggins. Interment was made in Fairview cemetery beside her husband who preceded her in death in November 1918.

Otelia Bojanhauger was born in Germany, July 21, 1840. She was united in marriage to Mr. Rudolph Wendling in 1867. Mr. and Mrs. Wendling came to this country in 1884 and settled on a farm in Northfolk township.

Four children were born to the union, two sons, Rudolph of Earlville and Charles of Morton, Minn., two daughters, Mrs. Augusta Binning of Greeley and Mrs. Theresa Gibbs of Earlville, who are left to mourn the loss of a fine and affectionate mother.
