Pamela R. Lewis, 57, of Hinckley, Ill., passed away June 22, 2006, at home surrounded by her family. Visitation: 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at Beverage Family Funeral Home in Sandwich, Ill.; and 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 26, at Goettsch Funeral Home in Monticello, where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will follow in Hopkinton Cemetery, Hopkinton. The
Rev. Ed Moreano will officiate.

She was born Jan. 19, 1949, in Hopkinton, Iowa to Elmer and Mae Marie Heeren. She was a registered nurse working at Valley West Community Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen; her mother, Mae Marie Heeren of Hopkinton; her loving children, Barbara (Dave) Silbernagel of Cleveland, Ohio, William A. Lewis of Long Beach, Calif., and Margaret (Jason) Bowen and Kathryn Lewis, both of Cleveland, Ohio; two precious grandchildren, Kyle and Sara; and nine sisters and brothers.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer.
