James E. Fiedler, 81, Hopkinton, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011, at Oak Crest Manor in Dyersville. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Hopkinton.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon, Earlville; and sons, Todd, Cambridge, Wis., and Edward, Denver, Colo.; one daughter, Jayne Nefzger, Earlville; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Clarence, Hopkinton; and two sisters, Dolores Bacon, Florida; and Laura Lea (Jerry) Meyers, Aurora.
