Harold Mohr,84, of Manchester, formerly of Hopkinton, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1999, in Ramona Manor Care Center, Hemet, Calif., after a brief illness. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, St. Luke's Catholic Church, Hopkinton. Burial will be at a later date in the Hopkinton Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Goettsch Funeral Home, Hopkinton.

Survivors include his wife, Vera; eight children: Dianne Mohr of Hemet, Calif., JoAnn Smith, Dorothy Knoke and Billie Helm, all of Cedar Rapids, Gary Mohr of Central City, Larry Mohr of Marion, Terry Mohr of Delhi and Harold Mohr Jr. of Manchester; a brother, Robert Mohr of Hopkinton; and three sisters, Cecelia cq Smith of La Porte City, Delores DeShaw of Manchester and Betty DeShaw of Hopkinton.

Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Casey Smith; and a brother, Donald.

Harold was employed by Harnischfeger from 1964 until 1980, when he retired.
