Russell Yonkovic, 23, of Hopkinton, who suffered second and third degree burns over most of his body died Thursday in a Cedar Rapids hospital.

Yonkovic who is married and the father of one child fell into a vat of boiling water while at work at Manchester Industries, a wood processing firm.
