Armella M. Leadon, 85, of Yakima died Wednesday at Providence Yakima Medical Center.

Mrs. Leadon was born in Hopkinton, Iowa. Survivors include six children, Vince Leadon, Rose Meyer and Dale Leadon, all of Yakima, Earl Leadon of Wapato, and Mary Lou Bailey and Gayle Lloyd, both of Naches; two sisters, Alvina Willson of Cass City, Mich., and Florentine Colgrove of Lemmon, S.D.; a brother, Vincent Erz of South Dakota; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Vigil service will be at 6:30 p.m. today at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Cathedral. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
