Birth Lookup Request

STOUT, CHILDRETHS, CHILDRESS

I am looking for the parents of Anna B. STOUT, born 5 March 1868 in either Decatur or Monroe Co.

The information that I have states that her mother was Catherene CHILDRETHS (possibly Childress?). I found Anna in the 1880 census in Doddridge Co., WV living with her uncle and two aunts, but nothing about her parents! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
