If you go to Decatur County's home page at

and type in "NOFTSGER" in the search box (left side of the webpage) you will get 82 'hits.' Which ones apply to what you are seeking, I don't know. But some of the names you mentioned in your previous query do appear in the search results.

There is a Frank Woodrow Noftsger listed
on findagrave.com - born July 6, 1922 &
died July 9, 1992, interment at Riverside
National Cemetery, Riverside, California.

It appears as though he was a veteran.
