I am looking for information on John Scott (wife Sarah). He was the Publisher of the Chronicle in the late 1800s or so. They were Mormons from England. He had 5 children. 4 girls and one son. His daughter Carrie's husband, George T. Willis drowned in a lake in 1904. I am looking for anyone who has knowledge of John's only son, John William Scott born about 1869 in Illinois. I can't find out if he came to Iowa with his family from Illinois or if he stayed by himself in Chicago. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!
