Thursday, May 6, l920ANNIE BRADLEY was born April 22, l906, and died at her home in Morgan Township, Decatur County, Iowa, April 25th, l920, age l4 years and 3 days. She was the second daughter of SAMUEL and JANE BRADLEY and was born in Harrison County, Mo. The deceased had been in poor health all winter, a complication of diseases following the influenza. All was done for her that loving hands could do, but to no avail. Death claimed her for his own.
She was a loving, obedient child and during her intense suffering was very patient, never complaining. She often told her mother she was ready to go when the time came, to get away from suffering. So in her innocence, God saw fit to remove her from all pain and sorrow. She leaves to mourn, a father, mother, three sisters and two brothers, but their sorrow is not as some others who are without hope, for she was only a pure little blossom, too frail to withstand the storms of life. And we know she is safe for we believe in the remark made by W.C. Cozad, who conducted the services, "In our Father's house are many mansions."
The little form was followed by a large concourse of neighbors and friends and laid to rest in Union Cemetery, April 27th.
