Thursday, June 29, l9l6ELIZABETH FRANCES DULIN, daughter of SMITH and FRANCES DULIN, was born in Fauguier (sic), Virginia, October l2, l824. She lived there with her parents until eighteen years of age at which time they moved to Bereau County, Illinois. She united with the Methodist Church at the age of eighteen and remained a faithful Christian until death, always loyal to her Master and the work of his Kingdom.
ELIZABETH DULIN was married in Bereau County, Illinois, May l0, l847, to EMANUEL RENNER and came with him to Iowa in the spring of l854. The family moved to Decatur County, Iowa in l869.
EMANUEL and ELIZABETH RENNER were the parents of nine children, three boys and six girls. GEORGE S., E.F. and L.B. RENNER, of Oklahoma; FRANCES GARDNER and ALLIE WALKER, of Decatur, Iowa; MRS. EVA SMITH, of Pomeroy, Iowa; MRS. LIZZIE MARSHALL, of Olcoma, S.D.; MRS. ZELDA ROUCH, of Lamoni, Iowa; MRS. ELLA COOK, of Needsay, Kansas; MRS. RENNER is survived by all of her children, except GEORGE S., who, with his father, preceded her to the spirit world.
MRS. ELIZABETH RENNER departed this life at the home in Decatur, Iowa, June l2, l9l6, surrounded by her loved ones and friends. The funeral services were held at the Methodist Church at Decatur, Iowa, June l5, l9l6, at 2 o'clock p.m.
Rev. J.M. Hedges, Pastor of the Church of Christ, a friend of the family, conducted the services, assisted by Rev. F. Perkins, Pastor of the Methodist Church. The body was laid away in the Decatur Cemetery where it awaits the pleasure of her Lord.
