Hazel Marie, daughter of George and Amanda Akes Roberts, was born November 3, 1896 at Leon, Iowa. She died June 11, 1985 in the Venice Hospital in Venice, Florida at the age of 88 years.

After leaving Iowa, she made her home in Detroit, Michigan until 1962 when she moved to Englewood, Florida. Hazel was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Englewood; and also the Order of the Eastern Star and White Shrine; and the Englewood Rebekahs.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Walter W. Fiesler, of Englewood, Florida; 2 sons; Lowell Reynolds of Oskaloosa, Iowa and Jack Keller of Grand River, Iowa; 2 daughters; Doris Kirkman and husband, Ernest, of Detroit, Michigan; Vondene Elston and husband, Charles of Des Moines, Iowa, Iowa; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3 great, great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

[Interment was made at Leon Cemetery.]
