Decatur County Journal
December 3l, l9l4

BEULAH BEATRICE, eldest daughter of DAVID and
HARRIETT ROBISON, was born
May l, l903; died December 26, l9l4. Our
Heavenly Father had need of
another little angel in Heaven and took her
from the midst of those who
loved her so well.

BEULAH had been a great sufferer for almost
two years, bearing all her
pain with great patience. She was never
heard to utter a complaint,
always kind and thoughtful for those around
her. The writer has known
her from a baby and with the parents and
other relatives, will greatly
mourn her death, but let us all feel that God
knows best and that BEULAH
has only gone before that Heaven may seem
nearer to us. There will be
no sorrow or pain there and God will wipe
away all tears. God said,
"suffer little children to come unto me and
forbid them not for of such
is the Kingdom of God." We cannot but
believe that one so young and
pure is one of those children God called unto
Him.

She leaves to mourn her death, father,
mother, three sisters and three
brothers, besides a large number of relatives
and friends. Funeral
services were held at 2:30 Sunday at New
Salem Church. Beautiful and
comforting words were spoken by Rev. Dale and
the little form that had
grown so dear to us all was laid to rest in
New Salem Cemetery to await
the judgment day, when we shall know why God
saw it was best to take her
whom we all loved so much.

We would not wish her back again but let us
live with the thought that
some glad day we will see her as one of God's
own angels.
