TRESSIE B. GRAY

Services were held March 12 for tressie B.
Gray, 74, who died at her residence March 9,
due to a heart attack.
The Rev. George L. Hueter, Visitation
Pastor at our Saviours Lutheran Church of
Waterloo, conducted the services. Burial was
in the Waterloo Garden Of Memories.
Mrs. Gray was born July 3, 1896 in Decatur
County, the daughter of Chet and Minnie
Pullen. She married Americus Matt Gray July
3, 1913 in Leon, Iowa.
After spending most of their life in and
around Decatur County, they moved to
Evansdale in May, 1956 to be close to their
children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a
brother, daughter and a son.
Surviving are her husband Matt, Evansdale;
daughter , Alberta Lane, Evansdale; five
sons, Wayne, Geral,and Donald, Evansdale;
Kenneth, Waterloo; and Raymond, La Porte
City, Iowa 24 grandchildren; 22 great
grandchildren.
