Leland H. Naylor

Leland H. Naylor, son of Fair and Mae Gray
Naylor, was born May 15, 1903 in Decatur Co.,
Iowa and died Aug. 1, 1973 at Mercy Hospital,
Des Moines, Iowa at the age of 70.

He attended school in Decatur County. He
was united in marriage to Florence Silkett at
Indianola, Iowa Feb. 3, 1927. They farmed in
Decatur County until 1936, moving to Carlisle
then to Des Moines where he was employed. He
retired at the age of 60.

He was preceded in death by his parents
and a brother, Murvon. He was a member of
the First Brethren Church, Des Moines.

Survivors are his widow, Florence, and
other relatives and friends.
