D. GLAZEBROOK DIES - Murray

Dallas Glazebrook, 70, of Murray, passed away Saturday, June 15, 1985 at Veterans Hospital in Des Moines.

He was born May 10, 1915 in Grand River, Iowa, the son of William and Amma (Jones) Glazebrook. On Oct. 14, 1962, he married Edith Mardena "Mardy" Herman-Landers in Des Moines.

He was a lifetime resident of south central Iowa. He was a heavy equipment operator prior to his retirement in 1970. Mr. Glazebrook was a veteran of W.W. II where he served in the U.S. Air Force in France, Germany and the South Pacific.

He is survived by his wife, Mardy; four sons, Richard (wife Ramona) Landers of Lorimor, Michael (wife Linda K.) Landers of Afton, James (wife Sheila) and John Glazebrook, both of Osceola; two daughters, Linda (Mrs. Rick) Carter of Panora, Iowa and Mrs. Sheila Pursell of Murray; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Harry (wife Opal) Glazebrook of Ashland, Nebr., and a sister-in-law, Doris Glazebrook of Murray.
