Alma Mae Leonard was born October 4, 1898 to Willard John & Caroline (Craig) Tatman in Leon, Decatur, IA. She was married to Carl John Leonard on November 7, 1917 in Garden Grove, IA. To this union were born; Rev. Carl John (JC) Jr. Leonard, and John Leonard, and Melbarene Leonard.

Alma passed away on March 21, 1975 in Garden Grove, IA. Her husband preceded her death in 1969.

[Interment was made at Garden Grove Cemetery, Garden Grove, Iowa.]
