Obituary ~ Glen V. Ford
February 19, 1906 ~ August 11, 1997Glen V. Ford, 91, passed away Aug. 11, 1997, at a Sioux City, IA nursing home.
Mr. Ford was born Feb. 19, 1906, in Lamoni, Iowa, the son of Fred and Lavine (Munkress) Ford.
He married Leah J. Donnell on June 11, 1942, in Ponca, Neb. She died on May 23, 1994, in Sioux City.
He was a resident of Sioux City for more than 60 years.
Survivors include two sons and their wives; a daughter, Glennis Daniels of Ida Grove, Iowa; a sister and her husband, Dolla and Clarence Bohall of Lamoni, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Wanda Ford of Mapleton, Iowa; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Ray, Lee, Dale and Del Ford; and a son-in-law, Jack Daniels.
