Death of Mrs. J. S. BROWN

Garden Grove Express: On Saturday morning our community was shocked by the sad intelligence of the sudden death of Mrs. J. S. [J. Samuel] BROWN at Melrose, Ohio, her old home. She died on Friday evening, July 17, and the interment took place Monday in Rock Creek cemetery [Seneca Co. Ohio] where her only son HARRY lies buried. Mrs. BROWN has been in ill health for sometime, so her death was not wholly unexpected. She leaves a husband and three daughters: Mrs. GEO. RUSSELL and Mrs. NORT PYLE of Kirksville, Missouri; also a sister and brother in Ohio to mourn her loss.
