Obituary ~ John Ernest Bason
March, 1892 ~ January 11, 1978

JOHN E. BASON, youngest child of GEORGE and MARY JANE (NIECE) BASON, was born near Kellerton, Iowa, in March of 1892. He died Jan. 11, 1978 at the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.

JOHN served his country in WWI and was discharged in 1919 after being wounded in action.

He was married to MARIAN HUFFMAN and to this union was born one daughter, YVONNE.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six sisters and a brother.

Survivors are daughter YVONNE WILOCK and husband BILL, Garrison, Minn.; four grandchildren; and four nieces and four nephews; other relatives and friends.

[Interment was made in Maple Row Cemetery, Kellerton, Iowa.]
