“Marion Dorothy Grimes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward McCasbe was born July 8, 1905, Ypsilanti, Mich. and died October 16, 1965 at a St. Joseph, Mo. hospital.

On June 6, 1934 she was united in Marriage to Marion F. Grimes at Kansas City, Mo.

She apent most of her life in the entertainment field and enjoyed music of all types.

She is survived by her husband, Marion, a daughter by a previous marriage, Mrs. Gloria Ordine of Thibadaux, La., a sister-in-law, Cecil Elder, wife of M. D. Elder. Mr. Grimes and the Elders reside at Lake Witcoma, Trenton, Mo.

Funeral services were held October 13, 1965 at the Stewart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Arthur A Hamann officiating.

Interment was in the Leon cemetery [Section C, Lot 24, Grave 4].”
