He was born in Clarke county October 28, 1873, a son of Benjamin and Martha Hall, and died February 19, 1952, aged 78 years.
He was married to Ida Elliott on November 22, 1917, and they continued to live their many years of devoted married life on the farm on which he was born.

His devotion was centered around his wife and his home and the many activities of the farm. He was interested in pure bred stock and his Percheron horses were his special pride.

He is survived by his widow; one sister, Mrs. Bert Keeler of Osceola; four nephews: Harry Hall of Lucas, Roy Hall of Leon, Maurice and Wayne Keeler of Weldon, and many other more distant relatives and a large circle of friends.”
