FAIN, Grace Suttarry, 78, of Des Moines, Iowa, died on Friday, July 29, 2011, at the Prime Nursing and Rehab Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Arrangements are through Slade-O'Donnell Funeral Home in Leon, Iowa.

GRACE SUTTARRY FAIN ... Grace Suttarry McMorris Bracewell Fain, the daughter of Henry Arthur and Iva Marie [Stephens] McMorris, was born January 21, 1933 in Leon, Iowa. She died at the Prime Nursing and Rehab Center in Des Moines, Iowa on Friday, July 29, 2011.

Grace graduated from Leon High School in 1951. She then worked at Central Life Insurance Company in Des Moines. On September 5, 1954 she married Dennison Dale Bracewell. They lived in DeSoto, Iowa and were blessed with two sons, Carroll Shawn and Michael Gene. Dale died in 1966. On January 1, 1967, Grace married Isaac Fain, they lived in Allerton, Iowa. He died in May of 1996.

Grace was a homemaker to her family and enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Allerton.

Preceding her in death were her parents and both husbands. Survivors include her sons, Shawn Bracewell and Mike Bracewell, both of Des Moines, Iowa and other relatives and friends.
