JIMMY BEAVERS ... (Huntsville, Mo.) ... Jimmy L. Beavers, 63, a native of Mercer County died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001 at Moberly Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services were held Sunday, Oct. 7 at Lineville Cemetery under the direction of Million-Taylor-Patton funeral Home of Moberly, Mo.

Memorials to the American Diabetes Association are suggested.

Mr. Beavers, son of Newell and Nellie [Berndt] Beavers was born in Mercer County on Feb. 15, 1938. He was a retired supervisors of material handling for Associated Electric, where he worked for 18 years. He was a member of Huntsville First Christian Church.

He married Dolores Henry in Mercer on Aug. 18, 1957. They moved to Huntsville 22 years ago from Mercer. She survives of the home.

Mr. Beavers is also survived by his mother, Nellie Beavers of Leon, Ia.; two sons, Timothy Beavers (and wife, Kelli) of Trenton, Mo., and Joseph beavers of Huntsville; two brothers, Max Beavers (and wife, Betty) of Colfax, Ia., and Johnny Beavers of Boerne, Tex.; a sister, Shirley Owens (and husband, Wayne) of Leon; four grandchildren, Brandi and Casey Beavers of Trenton, and Laci and Tanner beavers of Huntsville; his father-in-law, Earldean Henry 9and wife, Ruby) of Mercer; his mother-in-law, Doris West (and husband, Jim) of Hollister, Mo.; and nieces and nephews.
