JOE C., the infant son of GUY and OLIVE MONROE, was born in this city,
November 17, 1912, and died at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. U
G. BENEFIEL, in north Leon, on Monday, October 13th, age ten months and
twenty-six days. The little one was sick but a week and a half when the
spirit returned to the God who gave it. Funeral services were held at the
home October 14th, conducted by Rev. C.W. Reeder. Interment followed in the
Leon Cemetery. Our people sympathize deeply with the bereaved ones.
