HESTER ANN MARTIN was born Aug. 5, 1869, in Iowa. She was the daughter of
JACOB L. MARTIN and CATHERINE WADSWORTH. She was united in marriage to WM.
M. ROBERTS, Thanksgiving day, 1890. To this union were born two children,
VERE and CLARE, both still living.

She leaves a husband, a mother, two sisters, two sons, and an uncle to mourn
their loss, besides a multitude of friends.

Mrs. ROBERTS became a member of the Brethren Church in September, 1911, and
has remained a consistent member ever since. She fell asleep in the faith
of her Lord, Wednesday, July 23, 1913.

Funeral services were conducted at the M.E. Church in Leon, Friday at 2:30 p
m., conducted by Rev. Ronk, of the Brethren Church. Interment was made in
the Leon Cemetery.
