MARTHA CARNEY GRICE was born May 14, 1848, and died at her home in Van Wert
March 30, 1913, after a short illness. She was married January 31, 1867, to
FRANCIS MABERY FRY, to which union were born 18 children, ten of whom are
living, two girls and eight boys. Her husband preceded her Aug. 24, 1895.
The funeral services were conducted at the Van Wert M.E. Church on Wednesday

of last week, conducted by Rev. Keast, Pastor of the church, and interment
took place in the Van Wert Cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. MAYBERRY FRY was held Wednesday of last week in the M.E.

Church and conducted by Rev. Keast, the M.E. minister, of this place. Mrs.
FRY's daughter, Mrs. MARY WILSON, of DeKalb, being ill was unable to attend
but is much better at this writing.
