MEMORIAL GATHERING - RALPH DARRELL BETHARDS ... BETHARDS, Ralph Darrell, 72, of Centennial, Colorado, died December 16, 2009 at his daughter's home in Centennial.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday January 9, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Decatur County Golf and Country Club in Leon, Iowa, with a luncheon buffet to follow.

RALPH DARRELL BETHARDS ... In loving memory of Ralph Darrell Bethards who passed away at his daughter's home in Centennial, Colorado on December 16, 2009.

Ralph was born on Christmas Day, 1936, to Raymond Bethards and Dorothy Myers. He was the 3rd of 4 children born to this union and is survived by his siblings: Leota Crabb of Leon, Iowa, Raymond "Bud" Bethards of Lakewood Washington and Lila Bair of Leon, Iowa.

Ralph married Betty Foland in 1956 and is survived by her and their three children: Darrell "Nick" Bethards and wife Donna, Clearfield, Pennsylvania, Angela Alwell and husband Bruce, Centennial, Colorado, and Dora Weissenburger of West Des Moines, Iowa. Ralph is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

He was deeply loved and is greatly missed.
