'Young Man Who Was Shot A Few Weeks Ago Dies At Home Of Parents Near Van Wert.'

Justice of the Peace, N.E. Wiley, received word Wednesday morning at 4 o'clock announcing the death of his grandson, ROBERT EDGE, at the home of his parents near Van Wert. The funeral arrangements of the young man had not been arranged up to the time of going to press.

It will be recalled that young EDGE was accidentally shot in the leg while out hunting on Jan. 4th. He seemed to get along very well until about a week ago when he grew worse, and on Monday a week ago, his leg was amputated. He rallied nicely from the operation and appeared to be getting along very well until quite recently when a turn for the worse was taken and he died as above narrated. He was a fine young man and the Tribune joins a multitude of friends in extending sympathy to the bereaved relatives in the great sorrow that has come upon them.
