Thursday, February l4, l924The entire community was shocked Tuesday evening when it became known that MRS. GUY MCMORRIS had passed away at her home just southeast of Leon, although it had been known for two days that her life was hanging by a thread. A little babe came Monday morning to their home, but lingered in this world but a few minutes, and the mother followed Tuesday evening, despite everything that medical skill could do. The sympathy of the community goes to the grief-stricken husband, the fond parents, MR. and MRS. J.M. HALSTEAD, of Van Wert, and other relatives. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the Christian Church at Van Wert at 2:30 o'clock, and interment will be in the Van Wert Cemetery.
