JENNIE REGINA MYERS was born in Ohio, August 26, l872 and moved with her parents to Wayne County, Iowa, at the age of 5 years and has resided in Wayne and Decatur Counties until March, l922, when she moved to Ft. Morgan, Colo., departing this life Dec. 6, l922, at the age of 50 years, 3 months and ll days.

She was united in marriage to A.F. PLACE, March l, l894 and to this union two children were born, MRS. JOHN ROE and JOHN SITES PLACE, of Ft. Morgan, Colo.

When quite young she was united with the M.E. Church at Maple Grove. MRS. PLACE took ill about one month ago and was taken to the hospital in Brush, Colo., Dec. 2, where she passed away following a serious operation.

She leaves to mourn her sad departure, three brothers and four sisters, FRED MYERS, of Mansfield, Ohio; GEO. and FRANK MYERS, of Bucyrus, Ohio; MRS. MARY SWINEHART, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; MRS. CAROLINE CHAFFIN, of Hutchinson, Kansas; and MRS. EMMA HUTCHINSON, of Cambria, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother and two brothers, and one sister. Funeral services were held from the M.E. Church of Cambria, Sunday, Dec. l0. Interment in Kirby Cemetery.
