ISAAC T. EVANS, son of EVAN and SYLVIA EVANS, was born November l, l86l, and died at his home in Leon, after a lingering illness, April l7, l922; aged 60 years, 5 months and l6 days. He was ill for a long time but bore his suffering patiently. All that could be done by loved ones, physicians and friends was done for him, but to no avail, and he passed peacefully away on Monday morning, April l7. He was married to FLORA E. DALE, December 24, l889, and to this union five children were born: MRS. GEORGE ARNEY, LEE E. EVANS, NEVA R. EVANS, BEULAH L. EVANS and RENE DALE EVANS. NEVA, LEE and RENE passed on before, as did also his father, mother, two sisters and one brother. He leaves to mourn his loss, besides his wife and two daughters, four brothers and one sister, also many relatives and friends.

The funeral was held at the home of the deceased, on Wednesday afternoon of last week, Rev. T.F. Campbell, Pastor of the Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment was in the family lot at the cemetery at Davis City.
