DOSS ERNEST, son of ROBIN and MARY E. KIZZIRE, was born at Lamoni, Iowa, July l8, l882, passed from this life at his farm home, New Buda Township, Decatur County, Iowa, June l8, l922, after an illness of eight days with Bright's disease, aged thirty-nine years and eleven months.

On May 24, l9l0, deceased was united in marriage to SILVIA HILL. To this union were born six children. One daughter died in infancy. There survived, the wife, four sons, WAILES LEE, WOODROW WILSON, ONEL, PAUL EARNEST, one daughter, MAYME MAXINE, father, two sisters, MRS. CLIFF WHEELER and MRS. ONEL WHEELER, all of near Davis City, with other relatives and many friends.

Deceased was a man of integrity, honest and upright in all his dealings, a good neighbor, husband and father. Services were from the Saints' Church at Davis City, Monday afternoon, in charge of W.E. Prall, sermon by J.F. Garver. Interment in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Davis City.
