I will sell at public sale at the late
residence of MARION ONEY
deceased, one mile southeast of Leon, on
SATURDAY, DECEMBER lst.
commencing at l0 o'clock, the following
property, to-wit:

Four head of horses, 2 grade milch cows, 2
shorthorn heifers, several
head of hogs, the farm implements and
machinery, one low wheel wagon,
harness, etc., 50 head of sheep, from l5 to
40 tons of hay, some corn
and oats in the bin, household and kitchen
furniture, and many other
articles.

TERMS--Sums of $5 and under cash; on sums
over $5 twelve months' credit
will be given, purchaser to give note and
approved security, without
interest if paid when due, if not so paid to
draw 8 per cent from date.
