Mrs. Millie Galpin
Mrs. Millie Galpin, 81, died at home of Teddy Conder, Ottumwa route 2, today at 3:30 AM. She was the daughter of Washington and Margaret Corrick and was a member of the Bloomfield Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Fred Kiper of Downey, California; three sons, Orval B. and Harvey H. Galpin of Ottumwa and Edgar H. Galpin of San Jose, California; five sisters, Mrs. Emma Colvin of Hollywood, California, Mrs. Linnie Lester, Mrs. Alice Wray, and Mrs.
Stella Good, of Bloomfield and Mrs. Margaret Kinsinger of Peoria Illinois; four brothers, Grant Corrick of Almote, Washington, Fred Corrick of Montour, George Corrick of Walnut Park, California, and Ray Corrick of Laporte, Minnesota, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry B.; a son, a brother, and a sister. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 PM at Johnson's funeral Chapel conducted by the Rev. J Fowler. Burial be in the I. O. O. F. Cemetery at Bloomfield. The casket will be taken to the home of her son, Orval B. Galpin, Ottumwa route 4, Tuesday at 5 PM and returned to the Chapel Wednesday noon.
