I take it from you post that you think Fred Cole is your biological grandfather?

1. There is a WWI draft registration for Fred Cole, b. July 12, 1894 in Summersville, MO. He registered in Cherokee County, OK. The record states he has a wife and one child.
2. 1920 census for Cherokee County shows Fred Cole enumerated with parents James and Mary Cole. Maggie Cole, age 5, b. Oklahoma, is listed as a granddaughter of James.
3. There is a SS record for Margaret Cole Prater, b. 30 Sept915 in Tulsa, OK. Death date 21 Apr 2004. Father - Fred M. Cole. Mother - Pauline Hablis. It does not give a death location.
