MY BROTHER , RUSSELL HOWARD COLE 7-20-1929 AND SISTER EMOGENE RUTH COLE, 12-22-1931 WERE THE BIRTH CHILDREN OF FRED COLE AND DELSIE SHIPLEY.. ( BOTH CHILDREN DECEASED) DELSIE SHIPLY WAS 3 1/2 MONTHS PREGNANT WHEN I WAS BORN. HER BABY WAS STILLBORN JANUARY 30, 1933. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND ANY BURIAL INFO ON HIM. I DO NOT KNOW THE NAME OF THE TOWN THEY WERE LIVING IN AT THAT TIME..
