1860 Dallas County Census: Jameson (maybe Jamison); John 60 farmer Va; Sarah A. 53 N.Y. (any information on her maiden name?); Children: Samuel Ohio, John R Ohio, James W Ohio, Edward P Ohio, Margaret Ellen Black born 1853 Dallas Co Iowa (my GGrandmother) m Loren Rufus Bingham b 1848. Was there any birth certificates issued for Margaret Ellen Black? that might tell her Mother's name? I think her father was Isaac Black. Her mother remarried a L.A. Duckworth and they combined their families..but Margaret Ellen Black was given to the Jameson's to raise, they could be a brother or sister to her mother.
