Page 14, Column 2Hada Marie Landers, 87, died May 10, 1998 at the Madrid Home in Madrid, where she had been a resident since 1992.
Graveside services were held today (Wednesday, May 13) at 11 a.m. at Dexter Cemetery with the Rev. Kathy Sides officiating.
Hada Landers was born April 24, 1911, in Dexter to George and Elizabeth (Winchell) Johnson. She taught English for many years in the Dexfield Schools.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Oren Boyd.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Rowley (husband William) of Verdi, Calif., and Elizabeth Riedesel (husband Dean) of Ames; one brother, Herbert Johnson of Sacramento, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Kuhn Funeral Homes of Dexter handled the arrangements.
