Mrs. Jennie Irene Bouplon Irwin, died at the Dexter Hospital Sunday, September 26, 1965 at the age of 97.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Methodist Church, Dexter, Iowa with Rev. John Latta officiating. Burial was at the Dexter cemetery.

Mrs. Irwin was born at Shaftsbury, Vermont on August 28, 1868.

Survivors include a daughter Mrs. Frances Ikerd of Des Moines, and four sons, Thomas of Des Moines, Ralph of Denver, Colorado, Frank of Long Beach, California, and Arthur of Adel, 25 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, William, and two children, Eva Rasmussen and John Irwin.
