Redfield—A funeral for Wyman G. Bales, 69, of Redfield was held March 2, 1987 at Fisher Funeral Home here. Mr. Bales died of cancer on Feb. 27 at Granger Manor Care Center at Granger.

Burial was in the Dexter Cemetery at Dexter.

He was born at Dexter and had lived in Redfield most of his life. He was a retired self-employed carpenter.

Survivors include four brothers, Edwin of Redfield, Walter of Saudi Arabia, Hugh of Richardson, Texas and Richard of Indianola; and a sister, Beth White of Des Moines.
