Beverly Marie Hagelberg, 75, passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at Legacy Point in Waukee, Iowa. A memorial gathering will be held 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, at Iles-Brandt Chapel in Dallas Center, Iowa. Private inurnment be at Greenwood Cemetery near Minburn, Iowa at a later date.

Bev was born July 7, 1942, in Manchester, Iowa, to Joseph and Anna (Antons) Logan. She married her childhood sweetheart, Ken Hagelberg, on Dec. 31, 1958, in Manchester, Iowa. They made their home in Dallas Center, Iowa, where they raised their four sons, and later moved to Aurora, Colo. They returned to Iowa in 2013 to be closer to family.

Bev worked at Brenton Bank in Dallas Center for 14 years and was Office Manager for EA Sween Company in Aurora, Colo., retiring in 2007. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority in Dallas Center and was very active in her community. Bev enjoyed reading, painting, woodworking, crafting and quilting.

Bev is survived by her husband, Ken, four Sons, Jeff (Cindy) Hagelberg of Ankeny, Iowa, Rick (Robbi) Hagelberg of Minneapolis, Barry (Nancy) Hagelberg of Minburn, Iowa, and Jay Hagelberg of Minneapolis; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Lois and Roger; and two grandchildren.
