Dexter NewsFuneral services for Mrs. Emma McKay were held in the Methodist church Friday, June 1st at 2:00. She was born February 1st, 1874 and passed away at Mitchellville, Iowa, May 30th, 1956 at the age of 83 years, two months and 29 days. Rev. Paul Textor and Rev. George Onally officiated. Two duets were song by Mrs. Clell Sellers and Robert Lawson with Mrs. K. M. Chapler at the organ. The casket bearers were: Carl Jensen, James Adkins, Robert Creager, Arvid Love, R. P. Weesner and Roy Carter. Mrs. Asa Smith, Mrs. Robert Creager and Martha Blohn had charge of the flowers. Interment in the Dexter cemetery.
