Died, at his home in Adel, April 25, Alfred Fidler, after an illness of less than a week. The funeral services were held in the M. E. church at DeSoto on Sunday at 2 p.m. and the body buried in the Ellis cemetery beside his wife who died some twenty years ago. Mr. Fidler leaves one son to mourn his loss. He was one of the early settlers of this community.
