Died, at St. Lukes hospital, Denver, Col., Nov. 22d, of tuberculosis, Robert Royal Givin, aged twenty-six years. He was the youngest son of Robert and Alice Givin, formerly of this place but for the past six years of Dallas, Texas. He leaves a father and mother, one brother, J. W. Givin of Houston, Texas, and three sisters, Mrs. Annie Jackson of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Carrie Lincoln of Alton, Ia., and Mrs. Alice Brenton of Dallas Center, who deeply mourn his loss as it is the first break in the family. His body was brought to Dallas Center to the home of his sister and laid to rest in the cemetery near that place on Thanksgiving day. All the living member of the family in America were present at his burial with the exception of one cousin, W. A. Shiply of Dennison, Texas.
