Frank Curts, son of G. W. and Almeta Curts, was born in Dallas co., Iowa Feb. 12th, 1878, died at his home, July 9th, 1911, at the age of 33 years, 4 months and 27 days. March 17th, 1910 he was united in marriage with May Kendall.

For two years he had been afflicted with tuberculosis of the lungs. In the hope of finding relief he spent some time in Dakota and later in New Mexico, but no permanent benefit was realized.

Through all his suffering and weakness he was patient and uncomplaining. There are left to cherish his memory, the wife, four sisters and one brother.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10 o’clock at the Bear Creek Church, conducted by Rev. David Fye, of the United Brethren Church, assisted by Rev. W. S. Kitch, of the Friends church. Interment was made in the Wiscotta cemetery.

Frank Curts, son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Curts died Sunday evening, July 9 in his 33rd year as a result of pulmonary consumption. The deceased is survived by his bride of shortly over a year before. The funeral was held Wednesday at Bear Creek Church, conducted by Rev. Fray, a United Brethren minister and interment was made in Wiscotta cemetery.
