Arthur Woman Died 31 May 1938

Anna Hill (Mrs. K. J. Palm) was born 21 June 1876 at Meridan, Iowa. When small she moved with her family to Denison, Iowa and later to Omaha, Nebraska. Later on they moved to Council Bluffs, Alcester, SD and finally to Odebolt, Iowa. She married K. J. Palm 29 May 1896 and to them were born four children; Emmanuel, Esther, Emil (who died in 1933), and Arthur. For 42 years they have lived in the Arthur, Iowa community and were faithful church members.

She died at the Lutheran hospital in Sioux City Tuesday 31 May 1938 at 7:30 p.m. from an illness of 4 weeks and then a heart attack took her. She was 61 years, 11 months and 10 days old at the time of death. Survivors include her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Elmer Lindgren of Lawton, Iowa, two sons, Emmanuel of Sioux City and Arthur of Arthur, Iowa. She also leaves on grandson. Burial was in the Hayes Twp. Cemetery.
