Laverne Clara Gustafson 1916 - 1917

LaVerne Clara, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gustafson, was born May 22, 1916 and passed away Oct. 24th, 1917, at the age of 1 year, 5 months and 2 days. Her illness was of two weeks' duration and developed into pneumonia which resulted in her death. While her stay on earth was brief, she had entwined herself into the hearts of her loved ones, and leaves a vacant place in the home that connot be filled. The funeral services were held on Friday afternoon from the home attended by a large concourse of relatives and friends. Rev. Morton of the Baptist church conducted the services and the little form was laid to rest in the Kiron cemetery.

And bade it blossom there."
