Mrs. Christena Johnson Passed Away Saturday At Age of Eighty Years
——
Mrs. Christena Johnson born in Sweden immigrating to this country and with her husband locating at Burlington, Iowa died Saturday April 24th at the age of 80 years 9 months and 17 days, at her home in Kiron, Iowa. They have resided here a number of years leaving the farm in Sac county to be operated by the son, Frank.

Mrs. Johnson has been a patient sufferer for many years the awful rheumatism having left her almost a cripple, but she with her husband have lived happily together until her death.

She leaves to mourn her departure the aged husband, one daughter, Mrs. F. G. Johnson residing here in Kiron and one son Frank on the home place. Six grand children and other relatives and many friends are also left to mourn her sad departure.

Funeral services at the home conducted by Rev. Glad, internment at the Bethal Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon. With the bereaved ones we sympathize.
