Dear Jeanne,

here are some answers to your query:

Wiebke Christine (Peters) Dethmann was the second
wife of Johann Hinrich Dethmann of Gaushorn,
Dithmarsh County, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Your gggrandmother Wiebke Christina Dethmann was
the sixt of 9 children and was born on March 20th
1856 in Gaushorn.

Johann Hinrich Dethmann died on May 25th 1862
in Gaushorn. He was the brother of my gggrandmother Margret Dorthe Dethmann, who was married to Timm Teut. Both emigrated to the States
in 1868 and are buried on the German Cemetery
of Indian Grove, Chariton County, Missouri.

Another sister of Johann Hinrich Dethmann was
Catharina Elsabe Dethmann. She was married to
Marx Johannsen Rohwedder, both are buried on the
Ingwersen Cemetery of Center Grove, Clinton, IA.
